The Dresden Malt Shovel tour has become something of an annual event.  The team travels to a European destination to pit their wits against Europe's finest amateur teams.

The idea is to spend a weekend away and partake in a number of games against foreign opposition, to improve the teams game and pick up continental styles of play.  In reality, the team spends 3 nights on the lash, playing one game and losing to a bunch of geriatrics.
